1. General Policy

At Petzago, we carefully inspect all items before shipment. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened grooming tools
  • Used pet items
  • Opened cleaning products
  • Items with broken seals

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A defective item
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

We may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (if applicable)

3. Change of Mind

We currently do not accept returns due to change of mind, as pet products involve hygiene considerations.


4. Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.
